During the past eleven years, we have led our restaurant (located only 15 minutes from Sherbrooke, in North Hatley) to new heights in the world of gastronomy, by becoming the leading establishment for haute cuisine in the Eastern Townships. Our house classics are foie gras and deer tartar. Our fame was built on our creativity, our daring mix of flavours, our refined taste, our degree of flexibility and our eagerness to quickly fashion inventive menus to comply with the wishes of our clientele. Our expertise evolved through such distinguished tables as Manoir Hovey, Auberge Hatley, Restaurant Laloux, Restaurant Laurie-Raphael, etc. Various gastronomic options are available, such as : dining-room, chef at home, catering, chef for a day and culinary challenge.
